HOW TO ORDER


You can order via email, telephone, or letter.
We send items all over the world, as well as within the UK.
Please contact us first to confirm that we have your item in stock.
You can pay by Credit or Debit card, by cheque or by cash.


Credit / Debit Card:
We will require the following details when making an order:

  • Card number (long number on front of card);
  • Security number (last 3 digits on the back of the card);
  • Valid from and Expiry date;
  • Issue number or valid from date for switch;
  • Full name of the cardholder as printed on the card;
  • Full registered address of the cardholder (i.e. where the card statement is sent to)
  • Delivery address (if different to registered address) Please note, if paying with a Switch/Maestro card, items can only be sent to the registered address.

We accept the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, Solo.

Cheque Payments:
Cheque payments will require 5 to 7 days for funds to clear before we can despatch the items to you.
Please make cheques payable to “Mrs J Sykes”, and on the reverse side, write your name, address, telephone number. Please send the cheque with a covering letter to:
